While we understand at times you need to cancel an appointment for not feeling well, we appreciate as much time as possible to make schedule changes. We do not charge a cancellation fee , but multiple repeat cancellations will result in discontinuing services. If you need to cancel send us a message with your appointment day and time 2 days in advance for no charge. We wish to keep as much time available for other clients and keep costs low as possible. We understand sometimes you get sick the day before, send us a message when you can and get better. We will reschedule when you feel better.
